Information we collect
Urban Route collects only the information needed to respond to estimate requests, provide services, maintain customer records and operate assigned field work.
Employee location at check-in
When an assigned employee selects Start Job, the employee may explicitly authorize a single device-location reading to verify arrival. Urban Route records the employee, job and server date and time together with the coordinates and reported accuracy. We do not use this feature for continuous or background tracking.
Access and retention
Precise check-in coordinates are available only to the employee who submitted them and authorized operations administrators. Coordinates are removed after 90 days; the employee, job, date and time remain as an operational and audit record.
Sharing and contact
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers when needed to operate the requested service and as permitted or required by law. Contact us through our Contact page with privacy questions or requests.
Deleting your account
You can delete your sign-in at any time from our account deletion page. Delete account
